Your applications are not deleted. You can continue viewing and updating every saved application, note, date and document. You cannot add another application until you renew a Basic or Standard subscription. Any unused included rollover credits expire at the end of the unrenewed term.

No. Cancellation stops the next renewal, but paid access continues until the end of the current billing term. After the term ends, your saved information remains in your account, new application creation is paused and unused included rollover credits expire.

No. Extra-credit purchases are available only to active Basic and Standard members. Free accounts receive two included AI generations each month.

A completed tailored CV, cover letter, phone-screen brief or interview-practice pack uses one generation. Extracting information from an uploaded CV does not use a generation, and a failed generation is not charged against your allowance.

On the Monthly plan, unused included generations reset each month. On Quarterly, 6-month and Annual plans, unused included generations roll over during the paid billing term. If the subscription renews successfully, the remaining balance carries into the renewed term and receives a new expiry date. If it is not renewed, that included rollover balance expires at term end.

Yes. The rollover cap matches the full included allowance for the billing term: Basic can hold up to 30 credits on Quarterly, 60 on 6-month and 120 on Annual; Standard can hold up to 60, 120 and 240 respectively. The cap prevents balances from growing indefinitely.

Purchased extra credits do not expire. They stay saved on your account, but can be used only while a Basic or Standard subscription is active. Renew a paid plan and the saved purchased credits become available again.

Free includes up to 3 applications and 2 Master CVs. Basic includes up to 10 applications and 5 Master CVs. Standard includes unlimited application tracking and unlimited Master CVs.

Yes. You can maintain separate Master CVs for paths such as IT Support, Customer Support or Cloud and DevOps, then select the most relevant one when tailoring an application.

Yes. Every application has a Documents used area where you can upload the exact PDF or Word CV and cover letter you submitted. You can also attach a snapshot of an AppliTrail-tailored document or an independent copy of an uploaded Master CV. Attaching documents does not use an AI credit.

No. AppliTrail tailors and reorganizes supported evidence from your selected Master CV, highlights gaps and asks you to verify missing experience rather than presenting unverified claims as fact.

The browser extension is available on Free, Basic and Standard. Jobs saved with it count toward your plan’s normal application limit. Basic and Standard also include professional Word and PDF CV formats, reminders and calendar downloads, Excel application-list export, and the ability to purchase extra AI credits.

The selected term is paid upfront and renews at the same frequency. A new included AI allocation is added each month, and unused included credits roll over through that billing term. A successful renewal carries the remaining balance into the next term; without renewal, it expires. Longer terms include the saving shown on the pricing cards.

Your applications, Master CVs, uploaded resumes and generated materials are separated by signed-in account. You can export your account data or request deletion from the Account page.

Yes. Choose Continue with Google on the AppliTrail sign-in page. You can also sign in with an existing AppliTrail email and password or create a new account. AppliTrail never receives your Google password.

Yes. Install the AppliTrail Job Importer for Chrome or Microsoft Edge, open a job advertisement and choose Capture & review in AppliTrail. The posting is opened as a draft for your review; it is not saved or submitted until you confirm it.

Yes. Where Stripe supports local pricing, checkout will show and collect the equivalent amount in a supported local currency before payment. Taxes and available payment methods depend on your location.
